Beaver Lake Orthodontics text messages
Beaver Lake Orthodontics (Nancy Ha, DDS, MS) sends text messages to people who ask to receive them. There are two kinds, and you choose each one separately:
- Care and appointment messages: notifications about scheduling and your visits, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions.
- Marketing messages: occasional news and promotions from Beaver Lake Orthodontics. You receive these only if you agree to them separately.
How you agree
You agree by checking a text-message box on our consultation request form. Each box is optional, and you never have to agree to texts to request a consultation or to receive care. The wording of each box is:
- “I consent to receive communications from Beaver Lake Orthodontics, including notifications and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Text ‘STOP’ at any time to unsubscribe, or ‘HELP’ for help.”
- “I consent to receive occasional marketing and/or promotional communications from Beaver Lake Orthodontics. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Text ‘STOP’ at any time to unsubscribe, or ‘HELP’ for help.”
By agreeing, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you gave us, or have the account holder’s permission.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your appointments and the messages you choose to receive.
How to stop or get help
Text STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. Text HELP for help. You can also call us at 479-633-7993 or email info@beaverlakeortho.com for help or to unsubscribe.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Please do not send medical details by text message. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Using this website
